GROW IN MINISTRY & DISCIPLESHIP

MyCity Church has partnered with Alphacrusis University College to offer a Certificate IV in Ministry and Discipleship. This course will teach you how to:

​

• understand and apply the Bible

• be an effective ministry team player and leader

• provide foundational pastoral care

• introduce new believers to the beliefs and practices of the church

• disciple established believers to grow in their relationship with God and capacity for ministry.

What do you need to know?

• Study mode: Online

• Duration: 8 subjects | 1 year (full-time) or 2-4 years (part-time)

• Cost: $380 per subject (accredited) or $100 per subject (non-accredited)

• Start date: 22nd July, 2024 (intakes are available at the beginning of each term).

• Alphacrucis (AC) University College provides students with quality course content including videos through Moodle access online. Students can watch content online at a time that suits their schedule. AC also manages all assessments. 

• MyCity Bible College students gather once a month on Sundays after church for practical ministry experience and mentoring from our ministry leaders. Our goal is to help you apply the study to your lives, and to our local church context.

• MyCity Bible College students are expected to serve fortnightly on a team at MyCity Church.

Other courses available through MyCity Bible College include the Diploma of Ministry or the Diploma of Leadership. These Higher education courses are more expensive but have the benefit of FEE-HELP being available to approved students.Feel free to chat to us about which study pathway would be the best fit for you.
